TERMS & CONDITIONS –
By registering for and participating in the All Sports Events, Ultra Endurance Races, Non Ultra Events which organized by RUNGREEN FOUNDATION, which is NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION, every participant agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:
WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED FOR ENTRY ACCEPTANCE:
I declare, confirm and agree as follows: (I) The information given by me in this entry form is true and I am solely responsible for the accuracy of this information. (ii) Have fully understood the risk and responsibility of participating in the event and will be participating entirely at my own risk and responsibility. (iii) It is my understanding that I assume all risks associated with running in events organized by the " Rungreen Foundation”. Having read this waiver, I agree that "Rungreen Foundation.” will not be held liable. I hereby release and discharge " Rungreen Foundation” and its officers and agents from injuries, including death, damage or loss which may occur as a result of my participation in any organized sports events including running and training. (iv) Agree that if I am injured or taken ill or otherwise suffer any detriment whatsoever, I hereby Irrevocably authorize the event officials and organizers to, at my own risk and cost, transport me to a medical facility and/or to administer emergency medical treatment and l waive all claims that might result from such transport and/or treatment or delay or deficiency therein. I shall pay or reimburse to you my medical and emergency expenses and l hereby authorize/s you to incur the same. (v) I Understand, agree and irrevocably permit " Rungreen Foundation” to share the information given by me in this application, with all/any entries associated with this event, at its own discretion. (vi) I Understand, agree and irrevocably permit " Rungreen Foundation " to my photograph and record (on film, tape, hard drive, or any other method) my performance, appearance, name and/or voice and the results in perpetuity for the purpose of promoting the Event, at its own discretion. I further authorize " Rungreen Foundation " to edit the same at discretion and to include it with performance of other and with sound effects, special effects, music etc. in any manner or media whatsoever, including without limitation, unrestricted use for purpose of publicity, advertising and sales promotion; and to use my name. " Rungreen Foundation” owns all rights to the results and proceeds of my services.
1. Eligibility
• Participants must meet the minimum age requirement for their selected race category.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate in an endurance event.
• The organizer may request valid identification and other required documents.
2. Registration
• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment and submission of all required information.
• Registration is personal and cannot be transferred to another participant without approval from the organizer.
• Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Medical Fitness & Responsibility
• Participants take part entirely at their own risk.
• Every participant is responsible for their health, fitness, training, and ability to complete the race safely.
• The organizer may stop or remove a participant from the race for medical, safety, or rule-related reasons.
4. Race Rules & Cut-Off Time
• Participants must follow the official race route, instructions, checkpoints, and safety guidelines.
• Participants must complete the race within the officially cut-off time for their category.
• Failure to follow race rules may result in disqualification.
5. Mandatory Gear
• Participants must carry all mandatory equipment specified by the organizer for their race category.
• Participants may be checked at any point during the event.
• Failure to carry mandatory gear may result in penalties or disqualification.
6. Bib & Timing
• The race bib must be worn visibly throughout the event.
• Bibs and timing devices must not be exchanged or transferred.
• Any participant found using another person's bib may be disqualified.
7. Safety & Environment
• Participants must respect local communities, nature, wildlife, and the environment.
• Littering or damaging the natural surroundings is strictly prohibited.
• Participants must follow instructions from race officials, medical teams, volunteers, and authorities.
8. Cancellation, Postponement & Event Changes
• The organizer reserves the right to modify the route, distance, schedule, cut-off time, or other event details due to weather, safety concerns, government regulations, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• In such situations, the organizer's decision will be final & No refund, Cancellation will be processed.
• Only Registration will transfer to another event or next edition.

9. Refund Policy
• Cancellation and refund policies accepted during online registration will apply.
• Participants are advised to carefully read the refund policy before registering.
• No refund will be processed after the event has been completed.
10. Jurisdiction clause
• "All disputes are subject to Lucknow jurisdiction only"
11. Disqualification
A participant may be disqualified for:
• Cheating or taking unauthorized shortcuts.
• Using another participant's bib or timing device.
• Receiving unauthorized assistance.
• Misconduct or abusive behaviour.
• Littering or damaging the environment.
• Failure to follow race rules or official instructions.
12. Results & Prize Money
• Race results are subject to verification by the organizing team.
• Prize winners may be required to provide identification and other necessary documents.
• Prize money will be processed only after verification of the winners.
• The complete verification and prize-money process may take up to 45 working days.
• The organizer's decision regarding results and prize eligibility will be final.
13. Photography & Media
• By participating, runners grant the organizer permission to use photographs, videos, and other event-related media for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes without additional compensation.
14. Liability
• Participation in an ultra-endurance race involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, accidents, and unpredictable weather conditions.
• Participants acknowledge these risks and participate voluntarily.
• The organizer, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and associated organizations shall not be held responsible for losses, injuries, or damages arising from participation, except where required by applicable law.
• Users of email services that offer filtering/blocking of messages from unknown email address should add this email id rungreenfoundation@gmail.com to their address list.
• Book my Race & Town script is only a service provider and is not in any way responsible for the delivery of the event
• If this registration is being made on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the parent / guardian of the child and that He/She has my permission to take part in the event. I further concur that all the above rules shall apply to him/her as if he were a major.

15. Final Authority
• The organizer reserves the right to make decisions in the interest of participant safety and fair competition.
• All decisions made by the Organizer & Organizing team shall be final and binding.
By completing registration, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions of the All Events & Ultra Endurance Races.
