What is HYROX?

HYROX is a global fitness race that combines 8 km of running with 8 functional workout stations — all done in sequence, in the same venue, without stopping. Unlike traditional marathons, HYROX tests your overall fitness: endurance, strength, and mental toughness all in one 60–90 minute effort.

The format is simple:

  • 1 km run → 1 workout station → repeat × 8

The 8 stations are: SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Balls.

In 2024–25, HYROX expanded to India with events in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru.
